Mediation Philosophy and Approach
Mr. Robbins believes that settlement requires compromise, shaped by the experience, creativity, and persistence of the mediator, along with the willingness of the parties. His philosophy embraces the idea that “there’s more than one way to resolve a dispute,” and he works tirelessly to find solutions that align with each party’s interests. He strongly encourages the submission of confidential mediation statements, court pleadings, and other relevant materials in advance, to ensure a full understanding of the matter and thorough preparation.
